OFFICIAL RULES 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY 

“SCRATCH & WIN” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and DC) (excluding residents of Rhode Island), who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. To be eligible to win a Weekly Cash Prize, Weekly Gift Card, or Cash Grand Prizes, a participant must be a member of the Circle K Inner Circle at the time of the drawing. Void where prohibited. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees and directors of Circle K Stores Inc., BrandMobile, and their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies or individuals involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win the Random Drawing for Weekly or Grand Prizes. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. Note, employees and family members of employees are eligible to win Instant Win Prizes, but not Random Drawing for Weekly or Grand Prizes. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you (and your parent/legal guardian on your behalf if you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

Participants who are members of the Circle K Inner Circle receive enhanced opportunities, including eligibility for Weekly and Grand Prize drawings. Inner Circle is not available in all states. 2. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR

3. TIMING

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:01 am ET and ends on September 1, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. If all the Instant Win Prizes are awarded during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Sweepstakes will end at that time. 

4. HOW TO ENTER

Download the Circle K mobile app (Apple & Android) from your internet-enabled mobile smartphone during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Register and enter your mobile number in the app and agree to the Official Rules. Then, click on our app's “SCRATCH & WIN” banner.

Limit: One (1) gameplay per day per mobile phone number. 

Each gameplay automatically results in:

1. A chance to win an Instant Prize; and 

2. Ten (10) entries for the Grand Prize Entries.

Standard Entry: Entrants may enter once per day by scratching the digital card in the app or participate via the AMOE web form.

Grand Prize Entries: Each daily gameplay results in ten (10) entries into the Grand Prize drawing.

Bonus Coins: Eligible entrants may earn Coins by performing in-game actions such as, watching ads, or maintaining "streaks".

Virtual Store & Entry Conversion: Coins may be redeemed in the Virtual Store for "Shop" items or converted into additional instant-win games.


Limits: While standard gameplay is limited to one per day, entries gained through Coin conversion are considered "Bonus Entries" and are not subject to the one-per-day gameplay limit, provided they were earned through legitimate gameplay.

An entrant may use only one mobile phone number to enter the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, gameplay will be declared by the primary account holder of the mobile phone number. The “primary account holder” is the natural person assigned a mobile phone number by a wireless provider or other organization responsible for assigning wireless numbers.

COINS

Eligible entrants may also receive Coins (each, a “Coin” and collectively, the “Bonus Coins”) by performing certain in-game actions during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Bonus Coins will be awarded as follows:

REFER A FRIEND

Click “Invite 1 Friend” within the “Bonus” section of the game and share the text message with them. Upon completion, the participant will automatically receive 20 coins. Note: Coins will only be activated for newly registered players during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Virtual Store and Coin Conversion: 

Bonus Coins earned during gameplay may be redeemed within the in-game Virtual Store. Participants may use Coins to convert coins into bonus instant-win game plays. Specific conversion rates and available redemption options are detailed within the "Shop" section of the game.

BONUS GAME

“Bonus Pop” (the “Bonus Game”) is a level-based, interactive digital game. To progress, players must launch virtual icons to match and eliminate three or more identical icons, achieving specified level objectives within a designated number of moves. The user interface tracks and displays scores in real time. A side menu provides audio toggles, game instructions, and an exit function. Players may voluntarily submit a username to participate in the public leaderboard.

• Reward: Successful completion of the Bonus Game awards a one-time daily prize of 25 in-game coins, redeemable exclusively in the in-game shop.
• Limits: The 25-coin reward is strictly limited to one (1) payout per player, per day during the competition period.
• Additional Play: Players may replay the Bonus Game indefinitely to improve their leaderboard ranking; however, subsequent playthroughs within the same 24-hour period will not yield additional coin rewards.

ONLINE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Visit Alternate Method Of Entry click here and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid email address, full name, home address, phone number, and age. The receipt of each entry will be based on the delivery date of the completed form and must be received within the Sweepstakes Entry Period to be considered eligible to win. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Upon receipt of an entry, one gameplay will occur to determine if the entrant is an Instant Win Prize. Entrants will also receive ten (10) entries into the random drawing for the Weekly Prize. No reply will be sent to non-winning gameplays. The winning game plays will be notified by email, phone, or mail, with a prize or voucher for the prize arriving by sms or mail. Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

LIMIT: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of method of entry per email address/person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or the use of any means to obtain more than the stated number of Sweepstakes entries plays or points per day will void all entries/plays/points and result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. WINNER DETERMINATION

INSTANT WIN PRIZES

The odds of winning an instant win prize will be 1 in 20 or better. Each entrant who receives a “win” message will be deemed a potential instant win prize winner pending confirmation and verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole and absolute discretion. Each entrant who receives a “win” message will receive their prize in their mobile wallet and redeem it at a participating Circle K. The instant-win prize must be redeemed within 5 days unless otherwise specified by Sponsor. See Section 4 above for alternative method of entry winner information.

Random Drawing for Grand Prizes

On or about July 14, 2026, July 28, 2026, August 11, 2026 and August 25, 2026, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing to award one (1) Grand Prize ($25,000 Cash) per drawing. Eligible entries for each drawing shall be strictly limited to validly submitted entries from players who have actively participated in at least one (1) game during the seven (7) day period immediately prior to the applicable drawing date. Limit of one (1) grand prize per person and household for the Sweepstakes. 

On or about July 14, 2026, July 21, 2026, July 28, 2026, August 4, 2026, August 11, 2026, August 18, 2026, August 25, 2026 and September 1, 2026, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) entry for the weekly grand prizes ($10,000 Cash) described below in a random drawing. Eligible entries for each drawing shall be strictly limited to validly submitted entries from players who have actively participated in at least one (1) game during the seven (7) day period immediately prior to the applicable drawing date. Limit of one (1) weekly grand prize per person and household for the Sweepstakes. 

The potential winners will be contacted via text message using the contact details provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. The potential winners may be contacted by Sync Marketing. 

The potential winner will be notified within three (3) days after the drawing. Failure by potential winner to respond to the initial verification within five (5) days of notification will result in disqualification and Administrator will select an alternate potential winner in the same manner. Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the the respective period. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the Grand Prize will remain unawarded. 

Random Drawings

During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Administrator will randomly select two hundred (200) entries for the grand prizes ($250 Circle K Gift Card). The potential winners will receive a form in the Circle K app and game where they can provide their contact details. They may be awarded the prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Failure by the potential winner to respond to the initial verification within 72 hours of notification will result in disqualification, and the Administrator will select an alternate potential winner in the same manner. Limit of one (1) grand prize per person and household for the Sweepstakes.

All potential winning game plays are subject to verification by Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the game play should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning game play have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots, text message or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any game play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void, and will not be honored. The number of instant win prizes available to be won will decrease during the Game Period as prizes are awarded and claimed.

The Sponsor and Administrator’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the determination of potential winners (drawing prizes and instant win prizes) are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. If in the event of a printing, production, seeding, technical, human, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason, the number of winning messages distributed or received exceeds the number of prizes listed in these Official Rules for that level, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible prize claims received to award the listed prizes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR. THE SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNERS, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

7. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date specified by Sponsor or potential winner will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event: (a) potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or the potential winner notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (b) potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, (e) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, or (f) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures.

8. PRIZES

INSTANT WIN PRIZES

All instant win prizes must be redeemed within five (5) days of when notification on the Website showing the entrant is a winner of an instant win prize is sent. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost or delayed notifications. After the five (5) days have passed the Instant Win Prize cannot be redeemed and it is immediately forfeited.

For all Prizes: No cash equivalent for any prize and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to provide their Social Security number and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the approximate retail value of the prize (i.e., Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). A prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. 

The total approximate retail value of all prizes available to be won is $1,105,597.00 not to exceed $361,339.55 in Florida.

9. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE

Each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, celebrities, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry. Winners acknowledge that the prize is awarded as-is without warranty of any kind.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, the winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for Sponsor and any of its designees to use and/or publish the winner’s full name, city and state/province/territory/country of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, worldwide and in-perpetuity for advertising, publicity, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval. Without limiting the foregoing, a winners list for the Grand and Weekly Prizes will be posted on the Sponsor’s website and social media channels. Such list will include the winner’s first initial, last name, city, state and the prize won.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or any promotion or prize related activities. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or with any Website promoting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses or mobile numbers. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes, including the entire Sweepstakes, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or award the prize from all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; or (f) for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, undelivered, damaged, delayed, entries. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of each prize will be awarded.

13. DISPUTES

Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate North Carolina State Court located in Mecklenburg, North Carolina; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina.

14. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.circlek.com/privacy-policy. We can collect identifiers and contact information, such as your name, email and postal address, telephone number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifier, device language, or account information. Transactional information, such as the history of purchases made and data generated by your participation in our sweepstakes program, as applicable (e.g., the number and amount of transactions by type, location/store of purchase, product code information, brand, quantity purchased, date, time, promotional offers used in connection with the transaction. Browsing activity on our websites and apps, such as pages and offers viewed, opt-out preferences, product preferences, click-throughs, content on social media, and IP addresses, if it can identify you as an individual. Geolocation information may be collected when you use our websites and apps, although this information may not always identify you as an individual. We may use your location or language preference to auto-select features when you visit our websites or download our apps. We may use your personal transaction information to provide you with interest-based advertisements on products that we believe may interest you (e.g., products you purchase or redeem frequently). We may collect, combine and categorize your personal information on an aggregated basis to identify purchasing patterns to help us analyze our businesses to better serve our customers. If you have sweepstakes account with us, you can update your product preferences in the sidebar menu. Cookies (local file storage) are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website so you can keep that information between visits and campaigns, such as your login credentials, zip, or preferences. For example, cookies allow you to log in quickly when you visit our websites or click on a link in a text message from Circle K. We may use all categories of personal information to communicate offers and information we think might interest you, to enhance your customer experience with us, and as otherwise permitted or required by law. We will store your personal information following our retention policies or as otherwise required or permitted by law, after which your personal data will be securely destroyed or anonymized (so the information no longer identifies you). We will retain your personal information for up to 3 months after the campaign ends to enable us to monitor and investigate incidents and manage claims. We may share personal information collected from contest participants with our contest administrator to contact selected winners.
