  • 1. Do I need an account to play?

    No. All users just need to have the app downloaded to play. If you're a non-inner circle member, simply enter your phone number in the app to start playing.

     

  • 2. How often can I play?

    All users can play one instant win game per day.
     

  • 3. How do I redeem prizes?

    Prizes are awarded directly through the Circle K app and can be redeemed in-store at participating Circle K locations within 5 days of winning.

  • 4. How to get a chance to win grand prizes?

    Become an inner circle member by creating an account. Signing up is free and easy.

  • 5. What can I win?

    Prizes include cash up to $25,000, a $25 or $250 Circle K Gift Card, or daily instant prizes like free products and BOGO coupons redeemable in-store. Inner circle members can also complete in-app challenges for bonus entries into grand prizes including cash.

  • 6. How does Scratch and Win work?

    Starting July 1, customers can play Scratch & Win on the Circle K app. Simply scratch and reveal 3 matching prizes to win! The game runs through September 1, 2026.
