November–December 2026 Inner Circle Bonus Visits Fuel Challenge

Terms

1. Eligibility

The Inner Circle Bonus Visits Fuel Challenge ("Challenge") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who (a) are at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of participation and (b) are fully registered members of Circle K's Inner Circle rewards program. Participants under eighteen (18) must participate under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to the Inner Circle Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Void where prohibited. Proof of residency and age may be required. The Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Challenge Participation Periods

There are two separate Challenge Periods:

Challenge Period 1: November 4, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. local time through November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. local time.
Challenge Period 2: December 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. local time through January 5, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. local time.

Local time means the local time at the participating location where the purchase is completed. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Challenge.

4. How to Earn Bonus Visits

The Challenge is valid only at participating Inner Circle locations in the United States. Purchases at non-participating locations will not count toward Challenge progress.

During each Challenge Period, eligible members who complete three (3) separate qualifying fuel purchase transactions, each consisting of at least five (5) gallons, will earn three (3) Bonus Visits credited to their Inner Circle account (the “Challenge Reward”).

Each qualifying transaction counts once toward Challenge progress, regardless of the number of gallons purchased above the five-gallon minimum. Gallons purchased in separate transactions may not be combined to satisfy the five-gallon minimum.

A maximum of one (1) Challenge Reward may be earned during Challenge Period 1 and a maximum of one (1) Challenge Reward may be earned during Challenge Period 2, for a total maximum of six (6) Bonus Visits during the Challenge. Bonus Visits are additional Inner Circle program Visits and are awarded in addition to any regular Visits earned from the qualifying purchases under the Inner Circle Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Bonus Visits are added to the member’s Visit Balance and may be exchanged for available rewards in accordance with those program terms. Bonus Visits have no cash value and do not themselves constitute a fuel discount or a specific merchandise reward.

To be considered a qualifying fuel purchase:

The transaction must include a fuel purchase of at least five (5) gallons.
Before payment, the member must enter the mobile number associated with their Inner Circle account or scan their member barcode, where supported, so that the transaction is associated with that account. Use of an Easy Pay card linked to the member’s Inner Circle account also satisfies this identification requirement.
Challenge progress resets at the beginning of Challenge Period 2. Qualifying purchases from Challenge Period 1 do not carry over to Challenge Period 2. Resetting Challenge progress does not remove regular Visits or Bonus Visits already credited to a member’s Inner Circle account, which remain subject to their applicable expiration and redemption terms.

No opt-in is required. Eligible purchases automatically count toward Challenge progress when completed in accordance with these Terms.

For newly enrolled members, Challenge tracking may take up to twenty-four (24) hours after completed enrollment to become active. Purchases made before Challenge tracking becomes active will not count toward this Challenge.

Bonus Visits will be credited to the member’s Inner Circle account within forty-eight (48) hours after completion of the third qualifying fuel purchase during the applicable Challenge Period. Bonus Visits expire six (6) months from the date they are credited, unless exchanged for a reward before expiration. Any reward obtained by exchanging Visits is subject to its own terms and expiration date.

Challenge progress and Bonus Visits will be attributed to the Inner Circle account identified for the qualifying transaction. Purchases associated with different accounts may not be combined to satisfy the Challenge requirements.

5. Limitations of Liability

Participation in the Challenge is subject to the applicable limitations of liability and other protections set forth in the Inner Circle Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Released Parties assume no responsibility for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Challenge records, or for technical, network, wireless, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind.

THE CHALLENGE REWARDS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. General Conditions

Sponsor may withhold, reverse, or adjust Bonus Visits credited in error or obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Challenge or acting in violation of these Terms.

If Sponsor determines that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Challenge, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge. Any modification, suspension, or termination will be subject to applicable law and communicated through the Challenge terms page or another reasonable method. Except where prohibited by law or where fraud or abuse is involved, Sponsor will honor Challenge Rewards earned before the effective date of the modification, suspension, or termination.

7. Disputes

Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Challenge or any Challenge Reward is subject to the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the Inner Circle Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, including applicable arbitration provisions and exceptions.

9. Reward Program Terms

Participation in the Challenge and the earning, use, and redemption of Visits are subject to the Inner Circle Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. If these Challenge Terms conflict with those program terms, these Challenge Terms control solely with respect to the specific Challenge earning requirements, Challenge Periods, Bonus Visit issuance and expiration, and Challenge Reward limits expressly stated here. The program’s governing law and dispute resolution provisions remain applicable.
