Big Red Medal Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individual consumers who are legal residents of the United States, Inner Circle members, and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Circle K and or KDP are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law. 

2. Sponsor

The giveaway is organized and administered by Circle K and KDP. 

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on 3/15/2026 and ends on 4/15/2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered. 

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter/eligible by using the Circle K App Only; tracked internally by purchasing Big Red (TM) products (20oz only). Limit 5 qualified/verified entries per person unless otherwise stated. Automated or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

5. Prize
The prize consists of one (1) commemorative medal (“Prize”). The Prize has no cash value, is non‑transferable, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to replace the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner is selected by all verified and qualified eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The disbursement of medal(s) will take place on or about 4/15/26. Must meet qualifying purchases of 10 Big Red TM 20oz units as previously stated. Prizes (medals) dispersed why supply last on a first come first serve.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Circle K APP of location and timing of disbursement of said Prize. The selected eligible participant must attend and be present to receive medal at the location and date of disbursement. If the winner does not attend or arrive at disbursement described time/location, is, or found ineligible, or declines the Prize, an alternate eligible participant will/may be selected.

8. Publicity
By accepting the Prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the Prize.

10. General Conditions
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical or communication failures. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the giveaway are final and binding.

11. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law
The giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
