With Authorization Controls you can set authorization limits – number of transactions per day, dollar amount per transaction and dollar amount per day.

Exception Reporting enables you to easily identify purchases that are outside company policies, such as fueling on weekends or holidays or fill-ups with unauthorized fuels.
