It's easy to send or receive money, just visit the participating Western Union Agent location and pick up the designated Western Union phone in the store. 

A Western Union operator will guide you through the transaction, and then give you a transaction number.  Take that transaction number to the Circle K customer service representative at the counter to complete the transaction.
