What is ZapLink?
ZapLink is our self-service kiosk that allows you to:
- Pay bills
- Send money via Western Union
- Buy auto insurance
- Send emails
- Surf the Internet
- Download coupons for store purchases
- Download ring tones for cell phones
Where can I find a ZapLink kiosk?
ZapLink kiosks are located in selected Circle K locations across the USA. Visit "Find a Store" link at CircleK.com to find a Zaplink kiosk near you.
Do I have to pay a fee when paying my bills at Zaplink?
There is a convenience fee to pay your bill at ZapLink. When paying your bill, please include this convenience fee in your total payment.
Who do I call if I need assistance with Zaplink?
Please use the Zaplink telephone attached to the kiosk for assistance. You may also call the Zaplink Service Center at (888) 547-6103.
How much does it cost to use ZapLink?
There is no charge to download coupons. There is a per minute charge to surf the web. You may visit ZapLink advertiser websites for free.
Does the ZapLink take both cash and credit cards?
ZapLink accepts both cash and credit cards, depending on the service purchased. When paying your bill you will only be able to pay in cash. You may use a credit card for all other services.
Does ZapLink provide change when I use cash?
ZapLink does not provide change on cash transactions. When paying bills, it is important to have as close to the amount you wish to pay as possible. For example, if you are paying a bill that is $39.95 (monthly statement of $37.95 plus $2.00 convenience fee), you will need to insert $40.00 into the ZapLink. The additional .05¢ will not be refunded to you in cash, but will be credited to your account and applied to your next billing cycle.
If you would like to surf the Internet or check your personal email, you will need to insert at least $1.00. If you do not use all the minutes you have purchased and would like to exit the ZapLink, you will be given the option to discard the remaining time or to “bank” the time into your personal Zaplink account. Once you have established your account on ZapLink you will be able to store minutes to be used in the future.
