Project Supervisor, POS Installation

SUMMARY
Supports the Gulf Coast Region by managing the implementation of the TDL POS and Back Office rollout.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates the POS Implementation plan and process.
- Selects and trains the members of the implementation team.
- Reviews Site Survey, ensuring all required service issues are completed as scheduled.
- Schedules rollout processes (markets, districts, stores & install team members).
- Implements and supervises the POS Implementation plan and process.
- Schedules contract service vendors as required.
- Primary EPOS Help Desk (Level 2) contact for all installation related issues.
- Establishes and maintains adequate supply of 'spare' parts to complete all installations as scheduled.
- Reviews all equipment orders before install activity.
- Ensures all receiving paperwork is maintained and forwarded to accounting department.
- Multi-Department liaison - resolves or escalates all issues that arise.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Requires 5 years experience in the retail industry in merchandising, operations or related field.
- Knowledge of or experience with Couche-Tard / Circle K operations, facilities, marketing and accounting a plus.
- Strong leadership ability, experience in direct multi-unit supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work across department lines to accomplish successful resolution of issues.
- Strong organizational and/or project management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Must have excellent communication skills and strong team/customer service orientation.
- Technical knowledge (IT or networking related) a plus.
- Ability to travel (overnight) up to 80% as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
