KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides general maintenance support to sites through painting, build/repair shelving, cleaning and other basic maintenance needs throughout the district.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Performs related tasks to store marketing changes regarding re-configuration of store layout.
• Performs multi-tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Must have the ability to change work assignment priorities frequently.
• Provides professional input and feedback as a team member.
• Requires both inside and outside work environments.
• Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.  Valid drivers license with no major offenses.  Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck due to the relocation of store fixtures.  Requires traveling to different store locations throughout the Division which include but are not limited to Northern Arizona.  Overnight travel may be an occasional requirement.  Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities described below.  Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.  Maintains a positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
