JOB SUMMARY
Maintains store operations by installing, maintaining and repairing gasoline and related equipment systems; monitors systems; performs preventive maintenance; performs general maintenance work in stores.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED and a 3-5 years experience in the maintenance field. Must have the manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, able to use hand/electric cart, able to use power and hand tools, required crouching and/or crawling, and able to use a ladder. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Experience in telecommunications and fuel system repairs is preferred but not required. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities and ability to work independently in high priority, confidential, demanding business environment. Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and must be insurable as a driver.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(Note: Not all of the below described responsibilities will be required.)
- Maintains fueling equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and maintaining gasoline related equipment; provides preventive maintenance; tests leak detectors and product lines.
- Work with AZ Department of Weight & Measures to maintain compliance of fueling equipment in order to avoid violations.
- Facilitates repairs as required.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Maintains gas pumps by changing nozzles, hoses, vapor breaks, P/V valves, spill containment, o-rings, vapor-vac motors, CRIND, Printers, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance to include dispenser calibration.
- Test new equipment as directed.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on point of sale equipment (Radiant, G-Site, Autogas, etc).
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
- Will be required to participate in training for existing and new equipment
- Will be required to attend and participate in safety training on a regular basis
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
