POSITION SUMMARY

The Dealer Business Manager is responsible for wholesale fuel customer account management and relationships, including lessee dealers, dealer owners, commission marketers and others within the West Coast Division.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Contract preparation
• Managing credit risk/exposure
• Control expenses
• Be a good business counselor to dealers assisting them in managing their business and improving their bottom line
• Manage net margin and income on a daily/period basis
• Increase the sale of wholesale volume via acquisition and NTI’s
• Maintain knowledge of brand requirements and procedure
• Generate a yearly budget and accomplish related results
• Work with executive management as it relates to the dealer business
• Sell through corporate and branded programs
• Drive compliance with corporate and branded programs

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in business field or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possess strong customer service skills
• Possess problem solving skills and have the ability to make rational decisions
• Be multi-task oriented
• Be detail oriented
• Possess the ability to work independently
• Be able to travel on an as needed basis (75% travel)
• Valid drivers license
