JOB SUMMARY

Manage the processes, systems and programs to ensure the integrity, of the electronic data submitted between Circle K Franchisees, the Worldwide Franchise Department and all third party vendors, which may include item level sales, purchases, and other relevant performance data.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Reviewing exception reports to determine when Franchise stores are transmitting/not transmitting daily sales data files to the Franchise Data Warehouse.
• Follow up with Stores, Franchise Account Managers and Back Office System providers to resolve data reporting issues, such as non-reporting, incorrect categories and products.
• Analyze and audit the content of the data transmitted from the Franchise stores to ensure integrity of the information.
• Create and provide Cognos reporting to the Operations and Marketing teams on KPI’s, such as sales trends and category sales.
• Work with Franchise accounting department to ensure sales data is accurate for royalty and fee billing.
• Maintain the royalty and fee billing system, including the department and category mapping tables and the store/hierarchy alignment.
• Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks and, participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.  Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
• Three years of experience or more preferred.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Cognos experience is also preferred.
