Submitting the online application requires entry of detailed personal and financial information.  This application may take over an hour to complete online.  Please review it throughly and ensure you have all the supporting documenation available before starting to fill out the application.

It is imperative that you complete the franchise application in its entirety and your submittal includes all of the items listed above, where applicable. Failure to provide this information will result in a lengthy delay in processing your application or disqualification from the Circle K Franchise Qualification Process. Please note that all the fields on the form colored green are required.

Once you have submitted the application online, you will be required to mail in the items listed below for manual submission.

Online Submission

 Signed & Fully Completed Application w/Personal Financial Statement and all Forms
(Full disclosure w/current supporting detail for all assets and liabilities, i.e. securities, loans, etc. is required)

 Certificate of Corporation / Partnership
(One complete form for each franchise site if applying under different business entities)
 Authorization for Release of Personal Data/Credit History
 Bank Authorization and Reference Sheet

 Federal Tax ID # (If applying under corporation)

Manual Submission

 3 Months Bank and Brokerage Statements
(All supporting items on application (i.e. checking, savings, money market funds)
Ex. application indicates $10,000; include copy of statements (not older than 60 days)

 Personal Tax Return  (2 years) 

 Corporate Tax Return (2 years)
(If applying under corporate entity)    

 List all business owned and  provide Annual Financial Statements (2 years)
(i.e. Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Statement of Equity, Cash Flow Statements)

 Articles of Incorporation / Partnership Papers (All Documents including Bylaws – Minutes)
(If applying under Corporation / LLC / Partnership)

 Site Plans and/or Blueprints (If available)

 Proof of Property Ownership

 If owned please provide documentation which clearly illustrates physical address of property, ( i.e. tax document, purchase agreement, escrow instructions).

 If leased, provide a copy of the premise lease.

 US Citizenship Documents
(If not US Citizen, i.e. Green Card)
